Cragsmoor Association Annual Meeting

(and PARTY!)

Saturday, July 10th, 2021, 4pm at

The Boulders, 167 Henry Rd, Cragsmoor

This year we are having a special meeting since we can finally meet again in person! Rather than the usual morning meeting, we are gathering in the late afternoon for a short meeting, followed by a party to celebrate the end of our hibernation, to introduce ourselves, and to meet our many new neighbors. There will be catered food & drink, music & dancing, and access to the pool, weather permitting. You can join the Cragsmoor Association at the meeting or online here.

Please join us - at the meeting, at the party, and as a member!

Meeting topics will  include:

  • Treasurer's Report

  • Updates on Bear Hill & Sam's Point

  • Updates from other community associations

  • Community concerns

  • Election of Officers and Trustees

The Cragsmoor Association hosts an annual fundraiser for the benefit of Bear Hill and the general Cragsmoor community. The Bear Fair and the Hall of Fame dinner alternate each year (with the exception of 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic).

Read more about these wonderful events below.

Bear Fair

Since 2009, the Cragsmoor Association has hosted the biennial Bear Fair "fun"raiser (originally called the Bear Cage Party in homage to the Library's annual Bird Cage Party). The event has included auctions of donated items and works by local artists and artisans, contests, games, parades, live music, dancing, pool parties and of course, plenty of food and drink. Hall of Fame

The biennial Hall of Fame dinner honors individuals and families who have been influential to the community development of Cragsmoor. There have been five such events to this day, with plans to continue in 2022.
